Final Fantasy: Echoes of Infinity

Fina Fantasy: Echoes of Eternity is a retro looking JRPG roguelike set in the Final Fantasy universe. I don't think that there are any JRPG roguelikes out there, and Final Fantasy seemed like the perfect series for it, which caused me to give birth to this fan project!

Chaos and Ultimecia, the greatest threats to the timeline to ever exist, have sought eternal power and dominion over all space and time by seek to merge into ULTIMA. Set out through the floors of Infinity, reach ULTIMA, and save the timeline!

DESCEND THE FLOORS OF INFINITY: Travel through themed floors of Infinity that are loosely based on environments and locations from the Final Fantasy series. Reach the end and put an end to the evil machinations of Chaos and Ultimecia.

ESCALATING DIFFICULTY: Your adventure does not end after reaching the final floor of Infinity for the first time. Defeat the final boss of the last floor to enter a more difficult timeline that is set closer to Chaos and Ultimecia's grand intention of becoming Ultima and ruling over all space and time. Three timelines (difficulties) await you, each with its own unique end boss.

FORM YOUR PARTY: Start with a randomly selected solo character and set out to rescue other characters, that are all based on classic Final Fantasy classes/jobs, from the floors of Infinity. Find and rescue the berserker, black mage, dragoon, fighter, paladin, white mage, and many more.

RANDOM EXPERIENCES: Each time you descend into Infinity, the floors you traverse are randomized, as are their contents!

UPGRADE YOUR HEROES: After each successful (or unsuccessful) trek into Infinity, you will return to your safe haven hub known as the Astral Stair where you can purchase upgrades for your characters and augment their stats and abilities.
